Warner brother
Delivering real-time visibility and control across Warner Brothers’ interconnected buildings
Operating across a network of interconnected buildings, Warner Brothers faces a unique challenge: balancing strict fire safety and compliance requirements with the dynamic and often unpredictable nature of filming.
Filming environments introduce additional risk factors, where standard alarm behaviour can lead to unnecessary disruption if not properly managed. Warner Brothers required a solution that could prevent false alarms during filming activity, provide visibility across multiple interconnected buildings, and allow teams to quickly distinguish genuine alarm events from non-critical triggers. At the same time, accurate records were needed to support compliance testing while reducing reliance on manual intervention and reactive processes.
Drax Technology implemented a centralised alarm reporting platform, integrating with a single fire alarm panel to provide oversight across WB’s interconnected building network. The platform creates a structured layer of control, enabling teams to monitor, manage, and respond to alarm activity from a single interface. Through two-way control functionality, devices can be safely isolated during filming where required, helping to prevent unnecessary disruption without compromising wider system integrity.
The solution also provides real-time alarm reporting, accurate fault identification, and an intuitive graphical interface that enables teams to clearly visualise alarm events and system activity across the estate. Historical data capture supports ongoing compliance testing and audit requirements, ensuring records remain accurate, accessible, and structured. Delivered in partnership with Trinity Fire & Security, the platform provides Warner Brothers with a reliable and consistent approach to alarm management across their facilities.
Enables teams to safely isolate devices during filming activity, reducing unnecessary alarm disruption while maintaining operational continuity.
Provides immediate insight into alarm activity across connected buildings, helping teams quickly identify and respond to genuine events.
Brings multiple interconnected systems into a single platform, reducing complexity and improving day-to-day management across the estate.
Captures and stores detailed historical records, supporting testing requirements and providing a reliable audit trail for compliance purposes.
